Prof. Arthur Dhanaraj
Professor Arthur Dhanaraj began his Haggai Institute journey as a participant in the international training more than 25 years ago. Later becoming a resident coordinator and faculty member, he now serves as the Vice President of International Training. Overseeing more than 60 hours of high-intensity training per week at H.I.’s Mid-Pacific Center, Arthur notes that his ministry is “to impact the world through the transformation of the world-class leaders in every session.”
Gifted with acute managerial skills and problem-solving abilities, along with a love for people, Arthur competently directs faculty members worldwide for the most effective training possible. He has selected and developed more than 200 of the highest qualified, global Christian leaders to serve as instructors, bringing the total number of H.I.’s international faculty to more than 350. As Resident Scholar, he wrote the book Life Changing Impact – A Guide to Training, published by Haggai Institute in 2005.
Arthur’s impressive professional career, prior to joining H.I., included a 21-year position as Mathematics Professor and Vice Principal of Hislop College in Nagpur, India, with 3,000 students and 300 staff. In addition, he founded his own organizational development company, CHARISMA, which he operated for 10 years.
He and his wife, Selvam, are blessed with three daughters, all of whom are faithfully serving the Lord in various leadership positions worldwide.
