After enjoying a successful career in the insurance industry, Larry felt a call to serve the Lord through missions, and soon joined the Haggai Institute team. In his previous profession, he held senior executive positions for major insurance companies such as Allstate, MetLife, Hanover, AIG, Kemper and ACE Ltd. Specifically, his positions included Vice President of YouDecide.com, a division of ACE Ltd., and President of Workplace Distribution for MetLife, in addition to many others. His greatest success was developing an employer-based affinity distribution system, which grew from $23 million to over $1 billion.

Larry has served as a church deacon for 10 years and an usher for 18 years.
