Money Matters

The US$500 contribution fee

This contribution represents only about five percent of the total cost of training. You are required to make this contribution to demonstrate your commitment to the training program. The H.I. training program should be viewed as a lifetime investment. Just as you might save and invest substantial amounts in a car or a house, plan the same for this opportunity.

Remember, you MUST confirm your attendance by paying the minimum US$500 contribution and comply with other pre-requisites before we can issue your tickets. Please ensure that this confirmation reaches us WITHIN 60 DAYS of the receipt of our invitation.

Contribution fee payment options

  • Online in H. I. Website by Credit Card
  • BANK DRAFTS or INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER. These should be made payable to Haggai Institute, and mailed to Haggai Institute, 175 East Lipoa Street, Kihei, HI 96753-8137, USA. Remember to write your FULL NAME, RECORD ID and SCHSESSID on the check. Please do NOT send any payments via Western Union.

Personal expenses

You need to bring extra money (around US$200) for miscellaneous personal expenses. These include purchase of DVDs, books and local travel. Ensure also that you have enough money left over to pay for your airport tax and transportation from your international airport to your hometown.
Each participant is responsible for his/her own expenses. No money can be loaned to participants. Please do NOT borrow from other participants. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES make financial appeals to local Christians or visitors.

Currency

The following currencies are easily exchangeable: US dollars, Australian or Canadian dollars, and British pounds. We recommend you bring your money, as cash or travellers cheques, in these currencies only. Some other currencies are impossible to exchange. Personal cheques are not normally acceptable.
