Arriving at Singapore

Immigration Control

Ask the Immigration Officer for a one-month stay in Singapore. Do NOT be concerned if you are granted less. We can get extensions later. The Immigration officer will give you a white card. Make sure you keep this carefully with your passport. Double-check the expiration date of your entry permit.

Baggage Claim

Proceed to the Baggage Claim area. One of the baggage carousels will have your flight number on it. Wait there to collect your baggage. If your luggage is lost or damaged, please report to the airlines counter BEFORE you leave the airport. Be sure that you have a receipt from the proper authority for unclaimed baggage. Keep your Baggage Claim checks carefully.

Transport

Pass through Customs at the checkpoint nearest to your baggage carousel, then take the nearest exit to the waiting hall. A car driver will be waiting for you. The driver will be carrying a sign saying "Haggai Institute." Do NOT go with anybody who is not properly identified.

Money

Avoid changing too much money at the airport, as the exchange rate in the city is better.

Emergencies

If you run into serious difficulty at the airport, please call us at the office number -- 63394966 (before 5:30 pm) or 91819830 (after 5:30 pm).
